· Developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and directing engagements.
· Participating in managing a compliance groups by assisting with forecasting future compliance and advisory work and delegating work effectively.
· Maintaining continuous communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring outstanding client service.
· Determining all information necessary to guarantee accurate tax compliance products.
· Formulating a plan to gather information. Overseeing the issues management process and adapt to challenges in the compliance process.
· Sharing knowledge to grow professionally while enhancing service delivery. Facilitating open communication and supervising staff and peers.

· An undergraduate degree in a related field
· A minimum of 5 years of tax experience
· An accounting designation or other related experience or certification relevant to an area of specialization

· Proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems and Microsoft Office tools
· Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership abilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· CICA In-Depth Parts 1 and 2 completed
